Police have not released any suspect information.
AURORA, Colo. — A woman was killed in a shooting in Aurora Friday night.
The Aurora Police Department (APD) said they received a call at around 8:30 p.m. of a shooting in the 1700 block of North Paris Street. That’s near East Colfax Avenue and Peoria Street.
Police said a woman was shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspect information is available yet, police said.
APD’s Major Crimes/Homicide Unit is investigating the shooting.

Metro Denver Crime Stoppers works by assigning a code to people who anonymously submit a tip. Information is shared with law enforcement, and Crime Stoppers is notified at the conclusion of the investigation.
From there, an awards committee reviews the information provided and, if the information leads to an arrest, the tipster will be notified. Rewards can be collected using the code numbers received when the tip was originally submitted.
