DENVER — No arrests have been made in connection with a shooting that injured three people Tuesday night, the Denver Police Department said.
Police said the shooting happened around 9:20 p.m. in the area of 29th Avenue and Gilpin Street, in the Whittier neighborhood. One person was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, and two others went to the hospital on their own, police said. They said all three victims are expected to survive.
Police said no arrests have been made. Anyone with information that may help the investigation is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867 or visit metrodenvercrimestoppers.com. Tipsters can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
Police are still investigating another shooting in the same area Saturday night. Police said one person was injured in a shooting in the 2900 block of Gilpin Street just before 7 p.m. Saturday.
