The Sphere displayed all 57 Super Bowl championship rings as Las Vegas prepares to host the big game for the first time.

LAS VEGAS — The Denver Broncos’ past Super Bowl glory was on display in a big way in Las Vegas this week.

The Sphere, Sin City’s newest landmark, displayed the Broncos’ Super Bowl 50 ring Tuesday night, along with the other 56 rings that have been awarded to championship teams since the big game was first played on Jan. 15, 1967 (that was back when they called it the AFL-NFL World Championship Game).

Wednesday marked eight years since the Broncos’ third and most recent championship, when Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning and a legendary Denver defense defeated the Carolina Panthers 24-10. They won back-to-back Super Bowls in 1998 and 1999.

Altitude Sports’ Vic Lombardi shared a photo of the spherical spectacle on X.

At 366 feet tall and 516 feet wide, the Sphere is the world’s largest spherical structure. Its exterior, called the Exosphere, is the largest LED screen in the world.

During the Super Bowl, the Exosphere will display real-time content in response to game action.

Las Vegas will host the Super Bowl for the first time at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, when the San Francisco 49ers take on the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs.
