THREE clubs could be set to sue Everton after they were found guilty of breaching Financial Fair Play rules.
The Premier League Commission confirmed on Friday that The Toffees have been docked 10 points for the breaches – leaving them second bottom of the table.

But the punishment may not be enough for Leicester, Burnley and Leeds.
All three have been on the wrong end of relegation battles with Everton over the past two years.
And according to Leeds Live, the trio of clubs have been monitoring Everton’s situation as they consider legal action.
It is understood the three sides contacted 777 Partners – the Merseyside outfit’s new owners – to state their intention to sue if they were found guilty.
Now that has been confirmed, they could seek to put that plan into action.
Everton have confirmed they will appeal the decision to the Premier League.
Burnley were relegated at the end of the 2021/22 season after they finished 18th, four points below Everton.
Leeds and Leicester were both relegated back in May as Everton’s win on the final day kept them up by two points.

Everton’s points deduction has been implemented immediately, leaving them off the bottom of the table only by virtue of goal difference.
The club have been punished for breaching profit and sustainability rules after recording financial losses of £124.5million for the 2021/22 season.
That exceeds the Premier League threshold, which permits a maximum loss of £105m for one year.
Everton have released a statement labelling the punishment “unjust”.
