Police working to identify deceased woman

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman killed in an auto-pedestrian crash earlier this week.

ARAPAHOE, Colo. — Police in Aurora are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman who died earlier this week.

The Aurora Police Department said the woman was killed in an auto-pedestrian crash early on Monday, Nov. 4 near East Mississippi Avenue and South Elkhart Street. 

Police said she appears to be Asian, around 20 to 30 years old, 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 137 pounds with a black buzz cut. 

She also had several tattoos that police said could help in identifying her and she was carrying a lighter labeled “Coco,” which may be a clue to her name or alias. 

Here are descriptions of the tattoos:

Tattoo 1: Black outline tattoo of the Japanese “Yen” symbol under her left eye

Tattoo 2: Black tattoo of a skull in the shape of a spade on the front-central region of her neck 

Tattoo 3: Black outline tattoo suspected to be the angel Cupid holding a firearm on the outer right hand 

Tattoo 4: Black tattoo Ying-Yang symbol on the left side of her neck 

Tattoo 5: Black tattoo of a rose on her upper right arm 

Tattoo 6: Black lettering tattoo (suspected to be Chinese) on her right arm 

Tattoo 7: Black tattoo suspected to be the sun, moon and stars on the back of her left shoulder
