COPS are hunting for a hit-and-run driver after a car “deliberately” ploughed into fans outside Villa Park yesterday.
Emergency services scrambled to the scene on Witton Road in Aston, at around 5.15pm yesterday after a collision involving a vehicle and multiple pedestrians.
The horror incident took place just minutes after the team’s 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
West Midlands Police said they are investigating and are carrying out CCTV inquiries to identify the vehicle involved.

She had managed to move her 85-year-old grandmother out of the way, but ended up going over the car’s bonnet instead, reports Birmingham Live.
The fan said she was left “shocked and shaken” after the collision having suffered ligament damage, heavy bruising and will also have to wear a leg brace for a number of weeks.
A police spokesman said: “We were called to a collision involving a car and pedestrians in Witton Road, Aston, yesterday (Saturday).
“Thankfully no-one was seriously injured. We are investigating and carrying out CCTV inquiries to identify the vehicle.
