Crews with Denver Fire responded to a commercial structure fire at Wazee and 36th streets around 7 a.m.
They initially reported no one was injured, but as they worked to put out the fire they discovered a body.
According to Denver Fire, the fire is now under control, but arson investigators are responding to the scene to assist with the investigation.
