Was your baby’s name among the most popular in Colorado and the U.S. in 2023?
DENVER — The U.S. Social Security Administration on Thursday revealed the most popular names for newborns in Colorado in 2023.
There were 359 babies named Liam in 2023, and 288 named Charlotte.
The second most popular name was Oliver, with 324 newborns being named that in 2023. Noah finished fourth overall with 268 children donning the name. Olivia finished a close fifth overall with 265 receiving that name.
The Social Security Administration tracks baby names in each state based on applications for Social Security cards, with names dating to 1880.
