Commerce City police said Sylvia Garcia, 30, was possibly kidnapped by Luis Gutierrez, 32, and officers are looking for them.
COMMERCE CITY, Colo. — Police in Commerce City are asking for the public’s help finding a suspect in a possible domestic violence kidnapping.
The Commerce City Police Department said the possible victim is 30-year-old Sylvia Garcia. She’s 5 feet tall, 120 pounds and has dyed blonde hair and brown eyes. She has a word tattooed on her right arm, but police don’t know what word it is.

The suspect is Garcia’s boyfriend, 32-year-old Luis Gutierrez. He’s described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and is either bald or has thin black hair.

Police said he is driving a stolen gray 2001 Honda Odyssey with Colorado license plate VQC498. It was last spotted in the Cherry Creek area.
According to police, Garcia’s parents believe Garcia was taken against her will and are concerned for her safety.
Anyone who sees them is asked to call 911.
