The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said they were called to the 4700 block of Parmalee Gulch Road at about 3:40 p.m. Saturday.
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. — A man is dead and another is in custody in what the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is calling a “suspicious death” investigation.
Deputies were called to the area of the 4700 block of Parmalee Gulch Road at 3:40 p.m. Saturday. That stretch of road is between Indian Hills on the south and Kittredge to the north.
The sheriff’s office said the northbound lanes of Parmalee Gulch Road were closed near the area of Parmalee Gulch Park.
The victim’s identity will be released at a later time by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
The name of the man taken into custody was also not released.
The sheriff’s office did not immediately say what the relationship between the two men was.
