MOFFAT COUNTY, Colo. — An extensive ground and aerial search is underway in Moffat County for a 70-year-old man who was last seen Dec. 18, the sheriff’s office said on Friday.
Thomas Ray Velasquez was reported missing on Jan. 6. He was last seen at his home on Moffat County Road 53.
Velasquez might have with him a 2020 Polaris Ranger UTV with camouflage body panels, back doors and top. The UTV was also missing from his residence, the Moffat County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
Velasquez is 5-foot-9 and weighs about 164 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair that might show signs of graying.
