DENVER — A woman has died after being hit by a car while crossing the street in Denver Saturday night.
The Denver Police Department said the woman was struck at East 56th Avenue and North Dunkirk Street in Green Valley Ranch at around 7:45 p.m. Saturday.
She was taken to the hospital, where she died.
The driver stayed at the scene. Police said the crash is under investigation.
