Police said the shooting happened in the 16000 block of Grant Street.
THORNTON, Colo. — Thornton Police are investigating a shooting that killed a man Saturday morning.
Police posted on social media at 2:01 a.m. that officers were investigating the shooting in the 1600 block of Grant Street. That’s just northeast of the intersection of Interstate 25 and East 160th Avenue.
The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, and a short time later police said he was pronounced dead.
Police did not release any additional details on the circumstances surrounding the shooting or suspect information.
