Arsenal enjoyed a blowout win over the French side with six different players on target.

But the game threatened to turn nasty during their first half goal celebrations.

Gabriel Jesus had a lighter thrown at him as he celebrated scoring Arsenal’s second goal of the evening.

Meanwhile, a SEAT was thrown towards players by fuming Lens fans when the fourth goal went in.

Another picture caught the moment William Saliba caught what appeared to be a second lighter thrown from the crowd.

Flares, a feature of French football support, had also been brought into the stadium by the travelling support.

Kai Havertz had started the game in the same manner he ended the weekend’s clash against Brentford.

His goal in the 13th minute was added to by four more first half goals.
