Alex and Jess made their red carpet debut as a couple at the bash, with The Sun having revealed their blossoming romance last month.
The former England star wore a white plunging maxi blazer dress.
While Jess opted for a black blazer suit with a white tucked-in shirt.
The happy couple posed for snaps together on the red carpet.
Lionesses captain Williamson wore a glamorous black dress.
The trio were seen hopping into a taxi together at the end of the Mayfair bash.
Alex met Jess’s parents during a night out in London.
And back in July Alex and Jess attended the Championships at Wimbledon together.
On their relationship, a source told The Sun: “Alex and Jess have been a slow burn and they didn’t want to rush things or go public too soon.
“But they’re officially an item now and seem really happy.
“They are both strong, independent women with a shared passion and respect of their respective careers, supporting one another from the sidelines.”
Scott, 39, recently attended the GQ Men of the Year awards at The Royal Opera House.
She also hung out with close pal Williamson at the event.
On that occasion the BBC presenter wore a see-through silver glitzy floor length maxi dress that got fans talking.
