JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. — Police are looking for a woman who went missing Sunday afternoon.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has issued a Senior Alert for Janice Stever, who was last seen near Highway 93 and West 58th Avenue in Jefferson County.
Stever, 83, is 5′ 3″ tall and about 99 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue-green eyes.
Stever was driving a blue 2008 Toyota Matrix with Colorado license plate 816ZKO, according to police. She suffers from cognitive impairment, and is known to get lost and disoriented, police said.
Stever’s cell phone was found in Boulder at about 4:54 p.m. on Sunday.
Anyone who sees Stever is asked to call 911 or the Thornton Police Department at 720-977-5150.
