Police looking for driver wanted for hit-and-run crash

The crash happened on Tuesday in the 7200 block of West Yale Avenue, according to police.

DENVER — The Denver Police Department is looking for a truck that was involved in a hit-and-run crash on Tuesday.

The crash happened in the 7200 block of West Yale Avenue, according to police. That’s northeast of South Wadsworth Boulevard and Highway 285.

According to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, the truck hit another vehicle and a person on a bicycle causing serious bodily injury.

Police are looking for a 2022 GMC Sierra Truck with Colorado plate CYTZ04. The truck will have damage to the passenger side and possibly the front, police said.

Anyone who may have information about the truck or the driver is asked to call 720-913-7867.
