If sold for the asking price, the condo would become the highest price per square foot for the building at 20th and Lincoln streets.

DENVER — A penthouse condo unit at the edge of Denver’s Five Points neighborhood hit the market with a record asking price.

2001 Lincoln St., Unit 3223, at One Lincoln Park is listed for $4.995 million, or about $1,205 per square foot. If the unit sells at this price, it will become the highest price per square foot for the building, said listing agent Elise Losasso, with The Agency Denver.

Prior to this listing, the highest price per square foot at One Lincoln Park was nearly $741 when a 4,185-square-foot unit sold for $3.1 million in 2021, records show.

“It definitely is a one of a kind with the square footage,” Losasso said. “Denver doesn’t have a lot of condos that live this large, especially on one story. … But this being on the top floor, obviously the penthouse of One Lincoln Park then pairing it with views, it’s just one of a kind.”
