Buildings 1 and 3, leased by Broadrange Logistics, at 76 Commerce are located at 22250 and 22500 East I-76 Frontage Road.

BRIGHTON, Colo — A Georgia-based solar distribution company has signed a long-term lease for over 1.1 million square feet in Brighton, marking the largest speculative industrial lease completed in Colorado, according to real estate broker CBRE.

Broadrange Logistics, a third-party logistics company, will move into the two remaining buildings at the 76 Commerce Center this September. The logistics park is located on the Interstate 76 corridor about 25 miles northeast of downtown Denver.

The site will be Broadrange’s first location in Colorado and will create dozens of jobs in the area, the announcement said. The company services the green energy sector. It will use a portion of the space to distribute solar panel components, the companies said.

“Denver is a significant location to support our overall strategy as we expand our business to serve customers nationwide,” said Ari Milstein, CEO of Broadrange Logistics, in the announcement. “We’re thrilled to call 76 Commerce our home in Denver. We’ve found a great partnership with Hyde Development and Mortenson Properties, who understand our business needs and have helped us identify a long-term solution to help us grow.”
