Doctor Brian Rohrick faces two counts of unlawful sexual contact. Police believe there may be additional victims.
FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Fort Collins Police are concerned there could be additional victims after a woman reported that she was touched inappropriately during several visits to a chiropractor.
Doctor Brian Rohrick faces two counts of unlawful sexual contact related to two different victims, according to Fort Collins Police. He turned himself in and was booked into jail Thursday. He was released on a personal recognizance bond after making his first court appearance.
Police began investigating Rohrick in January after a woman said he had inappropriately touched her over a series of chiropractic visits at Peak Performance Chiropractic at 1315 Oakridge Drive in Fort Collins.
As they investigated her claims, police discovered that a different person made a complaint to the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in 2019. Investigators reached out and spoke to the person who made that complaint and interviewed her as a part of their investigation.
A warrant was issued this month for Rohrick. He is next due in court on Oct. 31.
Investigators believe there may be additional victims based on the timeframe between the two incidents and the similarity of the offenses alleged.
Anyone who has information or who believes they have been victimized is asked to contact Fort Collins Police Detective Brandon Wootan at 970-416-8027.
