The fire happened in an unoccupied apartment building under construction, according to firefighters.
AURORA, Colo. — Crews with Aurora Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire early Thursday morning in the 7300 block of South Addison Court.
The fire involved multiple residential buildings under construction, Aurora Fire said.
Aurora Fire first tweeted about the fire at about 1:50 a.m. There were many obstacles for crews arriving on scene, Aurora Fire tweeted. Crews had access issues and had to cool large propane tanks, according to Aurora Fire.
No injuries were reported from the fire. The cause and origin of the fire are under investigation.
Aurora Police shut down northbound E-470 at Gartrell as fire crews battled the fire.
