Crews battle large garage fire in Denver

Firefighters were dispatched to the area of 36th and Osage Street for a report of a garage fire.

DENVER — Firefighters with Denver Fire responded to a call for a garage fire early Tuesday morning.

The fire happened near West 36th Avenue and Osage Street, according to Denver Fire.

Initial information is that the structure is a garage that was under construction, Denver Fire posted on the social platform X.

Sky9 video showed the fire spread to nearby powerlines.

There are no reports of injuries.
