Crash involving RTD bus closes lanes of Federal Boulevard

A vehicle had rear-ended an RTD bus Wednesday morning on Federal Boulevard near West 10th Avenue, according to RTD.

DENVER — Several lanes of northbound Federal Boulevard were closed Wednesday morning after a crash involving an RTD bus.

The crash happened at about 6:07 a.m. on Federal Boulevard near West 10th Avenue, according to Pauline Haberman, spokesperson for RTD. Nobody on the bus was injured, Haberman said.

One person from the second vehicle was taken to the hospital, according to Denver Police. The injuries did not appear to be serious, according to police.

Video from SKY9 showed several lanes of northbound Federal closed due to the crash. One lane of traffic was able to get around the crash.
