CHELSEA could pocket up to £12million if Marc Guehi completes a move to Newcastle this summer.
The Magpies are closing in on a deal to sign Guehi from Crystal Palace.

He is set to be a club-record signing, with Palace allegedly demanding at least £65million to £70m.
But a sell-on clause will also see Chelsea benefit from the move.
The Blues sold Guehi to Crystal Palace for just £18m back in 2021 following two successful loan spells at Swansea City.
A sell-on clause was added into the contract, meaning Chelsea will pocket 20 per cent of any profit earned by Palace for the sale.
The Blues could therefore make up to £12m from the sale, according to The Times.
Guehi has also received interest from the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham Hostpur and Manchester United in recent months.
He was one of England’s most impressive players during this summer’s Euro 2024 campaign.
Should the deal be completed, he will become Newcastle‘s fifth signing of the transfer window.
