LOVELAND, Colo. — Prosecutors have dismissed charges against a Loveland police officer who was arrested last year.
Wilbert Howard was arrested in November after a reported incident at a home in Fort Collins. Howard was off-duty at the time of the reported incident, Loveland police said at the time, and the incident did not have any connection with Howard’s official duties as a police officer.
The charges against Howard were dismissed on Aug. 9.
