CBI: Missing 10-year-old girl may be with noncustodial mother

Liberty Martinez-Silva was last seen Monday in the 1400 block of West 85th Avenue in Federal Heights, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said.

FEDERAL HEIGHTS, Colo. — The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Missing Alert for a 10-year-old girl they said might be with her noncustodial mother. 

Liberty Martinez-Silva, 10, was last seen at 8:45 p.m. Monday in the 1400 block of West 85th Avenue in Federal Heights, CBI said. She was wearing a white T-shirt with ice cream symbols, white pants and a brown necklace. She requires medication that she may be without, CBI said.


CBI said Liberty might be with her noncustodial mother, 29-year-old Alexandria Martinez, who may be in the Civic Center park area of Denver.


Anyone with information on Liberty’s whereabouts is asked to call the Federal Heights Police Department at 303-428-8833, or call 911.
