There have been more concerts and events at the Broncos’ stadium than any previous summer.

DENVER — The Denver Broncos may be on summer vacation, but their stadium has been rocking.

Rocking and twanging and picking and strumming and beating to the rhythms like never before at Empower Field at Mile High.

This summer, Empower Field has hosted 10 non-football entertainment events including a record seven musical concerts.

The summer 2024 events at Empower Field at Mile High:

  • Monster Jam
  • SuperCross
  • MexTour Match
  • Zach Bryan (twice)
  • The Rolling Stones
  • Morgan Wallen (twice)
  • Kenny Chesney
  • Foo Fighters

By the end of what is called the Summer Event Series, more than 500,000 guests — equal to nearly six Broncos home games — will have visited Empower Field at Mile High.

It’s no small task to convert the stadium from event to event with general manager Jay Roberts leading the process that includes more than 30,000 staff working the venue this summer.

While the seven concerts include endzone-to-endzone flooring, more than 450 truckloads of dirt for Monster Jam and Supercross — totaling millions of pounds — were hauled into Empower Field at Mile High.

One guess as to what the No. 1 selling product has been. That’s right. Bottled water.

It’s been a busy year off the field for the Walton-Penner Ownership, third-year President Damani Leech and the Broncos that has included plans for a new training facility and new uniforms.

The first Broncos’ game of the season at Empower Field is Sunday, Aug. 18, a preseason contest against the Green Bay Packers. The first regular-season game is Sunday, Sept. 15, against Russell Wilson and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
