A man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after the shooting in the 1900 block of South Vaughn Street, police said.
AURORA, Colo. — A man was seriously injured in a shooting involving Aurora Police officers Sunday morning.
Officers initially responded to the 1900 block of South Vaughn Street for reports of an armed man, police posted at 2:40 a.m. on social media.
Shots were fired at and by officers, according to police.
A man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. No officers were injured.
