Front Range Fire Rescue said a body was pulled from Ehrlich Lake near South Traildust Drive and Alice Avenue.
MILLIKEN, Colo. — First responders found and removed a victim from Ehrlich Lake on Tuesday afternoon in the town of Milliken.
Ehrlich Lake is located at Ehrlich Park near the intersection of Alice Avenue and South Traildust Drive.
Front Range Fire Rescue posted just before 11:30 a.m. that they along with Milliken Police, Windsor-Severance Fire Rescue, Greeley Fire and EMS crews were searching the lake. SKY9 flew over the lake just after 1 p.m. as rescue crews removed a body.
Crews said a missing person’s report is what lead them to search the lake in the first place. No other information about the circumstances have been released.
9NEWS has reached out to Milliken Police and others to get more information about the case.
The Weld County Coroner’s Office will release the identity of the person at a later date.
