DENVER — A striking apartment building with a canyon design running up its side is now open in Denver’s River North Art District.
Located at 3930 Blake St., One River North is a 16-story, 187-unit apartment complex. It opened to residents in mid-April after breaking ground in fall 2021.
One River North is designed to blend nature and biophilic design with city life and inner surroundings.
The canyon design from the sixth to the ninth floors is reflective of how biomes are carved out in nature.
