Summit County said there was no estimated time for when the road would reopen.
SILVERTHORNE, Colo. — Dillon Dam Road is closed due to a rockslide, Summit County said Sunday.
The county said a geo-tech company needs to assess the safety and stability of the area before crews are able to begin clearing the debris.
There was no estimated time given for when the road that runs parallel to Interstate 70 and the Dillion Reservior could reopen.
The county said anyone interested can sign up for local community notifications to be notified immediately about road closures and openings, as well as other emergency alerts.
