DENVER — City leaders will hold a news conference at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday to discuss Denver’s preparations and plans for the snow storm that’s due to move onto the Front Range on Wednesday night.
Mayor Mike Johnston will be joined by Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) Executive Director Amy Ford in the news conference at the City and County Building.

A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for Denver, Boulder and Golden as a strong winter storm moves into Colorado.
Rain is expected to turn into snow sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning. The worst of the impact will be on Thursday, with the storm tapering off on Friday.
Widespread snow is likely across the Front Range and the Interstate 25 corridor. Travel will be especially difficult in the foothills.
