ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. — Investigators in Arapahoe County are asking for the public’s help in finding a 24-year-old woman who has been missing for more than two months.
Sara Astatke was last seen about 5:45 p.m. Dec. 12, the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office said. Investigators said there is an urgency to this case because they have received information that other people may be responsible for Astatke’s disappearance.
Astake was last seen leaving her home in the 2100 block of South Beeler Way wearing a black coat, blue jeans, black shoes and a scarf, the sheriff’s office said.
She is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. Astatke’s short brown hair had been cut into the style of a mohawk when she was last seen, the sheriff’s office said.
