DENVER — Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser is planning on hosting a news conference to announce action against a Colorado property management company.
The news conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.

According to a release from his office, Weiser plans to announce the resolution of a state investigation into a Colorado property management company over illegal tenant billing.
A 2022 law gave the attorney general authority to bring civil and criminal enforcement actions related to housing statutes and established a Housing Unit in the Department of Law. This case is the first instance of the attorney general utilizing this authority.
