Police said the victim may have been on a bicycle.
COMMERCE CITY, Colo. — A person has died after being hit by a vehicle in Commerce City Wednesday night.
The Commerce City Police Department posted on the social media platform X at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday that Highway 2 was closed in both directions at East 64th Avenue for a fatal vehicle versus pedestrian crash.
Police said the victim may have been on a bicycle at the time. No other information about the victim has been released.
The driver stayed at the scene and officers are in contact with that person, according to police.
