The crash happened Wednesday afternoon at Morgan County roads C and 31 south of Brush.
MORGAN COUNTY, Colo. — Four people were killed when an ATV and a truck collided Wednesday afternoon in Morgan County.
Colorado State Patrol (CSP) said their preliminary investigation shows that the ATV, which was carrying four people, was headed north on Morgan County Road 31. The ATV’s driver disregarded a stop sign at County Road C and was hit by the Dodge Ram 5500 which was headed west on County Road C, CSP said.
All four people on the ATV were killed in the crash, troopers said. The driver of the Ram suffered serious injuries and was rushed to a hospital for treatment.
The crash scene is about 19 miles south of the town of Brush, and about four and a half miles northeast of Woodrow in Washington County.
The names and ages of the people killed will be released by the Morgan County Coroner’s Office at a later date.
