Denver Police said the man and woman were found with possible gunshot wounds Friday night.
DENVER — Police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide in southeast Denver.
The Denver Police Department said officers went to a home in the 9600 block of East Girard Avenue at around 7 p.m. Friday to perform a welfare check when they found a man and woman who were both deceased with possible gunshot wounds.
A spokesperson for DPD said they may have died about a week ago.
Police are investigating their deaths as a domestic violence-related murder-suicide.
The Denver Office of the Medical Examiner will confirm the cause and manner of their deaths.
