The deceased individuals were found in the 13000 block of Ancestry Drive and a home on Blackwolf Drive in Parker, according to authorities.

PARKER, Colo. — Three people were found dead at two locations in Parker and Douglas County on Thursday morning. Law enforcement said the three deaths are connected, but did not say how.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office responded at 8:51 a.m. to a medical call in the 130000 block of Ancestry Drive and found two people dead, according to a release from the sheriff’s office and Parker Police. That address is on the southwest side of Parker.

At 10:15 a.m., the sheriff’s office requested that Parker Police conduct a welfare check at a home in the area of Blackwolf Drive and Blackwolf Way. At that home, police found an adult dead.

A Parker Police spokesperson wouldn’t elaborate on how the two scenes are connected.

When officers arrived at the welfare check, they noticed a gas leak and evacuated homes in the area. South Metro Fire Rescue assisted with the gas leak, according to police.
