DENVER — Police have arrested three suspects accused of vandalizing a building at the University of Denver Thursday night.
The suspects were arrested in the act of vandalizing Craig Hall, according to a message that went out to the DU community from the Chief of Campus Safety Michael Bunker.
Two of the three who were arrested are students at the university, the message said. A fourth suspect got away.
The message said “appropriate disciplinary actions” are being taken against the accused vandals.
A Denver Police spokesperson said the suspects using a marker to graffiti the building.
It was the second act of vandalism at DU this week. The university said on Sunday, someone placed a fake call about a shooting to Campus Security to create a distraction while the vandalism occurred.

A photo shared by the university after the Sunday incident shows that red paint was splashed over a glass door and the walls on either side. It also appears that someone used black spray paint to write on the bricks in front of the door.
A DU spokesperson said a possible connection between the two incidents is under investigation.
