Firefighters said the fire started around 1:30 p.m. at a home on Kearney Street near 62nd Avenue.

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. — Two people were taken to the hospital after a fire in a Commerce City home Monday afternoon, the South Adams County Fire Department said. 

Firefighters said the fire started around 1:30 p.m. at a home on Kearney Street near 62nd Avenue. Everyone was able to get out of the home. Two people were taken to the hospital. It was unclear how badly they were injured. 

Investigators are working to determine what caused the fire.
