Lakewood Police asked for the public’s help in locating Aaliyah Heredia.
LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Lakewood Police asked for the public’s help on Wednesday in finding a 12-year-old girl who was last seen April 2.
Aaliyah Heredia is described as having brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has a scar on the right side of her abdomen. She was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a pink shirt.
Aaliyah is known to frequent the area of West Bates Avenue between South Decatur and South Bryant streets in Denver.
She has a long history of running away, police said. There are concerns due to her age and not having a cellphone with her. She also might be planning to leave the state, according to police.
Anyone who sees Aaliyah or has information on her location is asked to call 911 immediately and reference case No. LK24-011023.
